I inhaled mine in literally 2 minutes. I live in the Bay Area and gluten free baked goods are hard to find that don't cost an arm and a leg! I stumbled upon this bakery from a friend and saw they do DELIVERY! I bought a few cookies, the blondies, GALAXY bars, radical brownies, and the badass blondies (which are also PHENOMENAL) and I couldn't be happier! Mrs. Bickel's Gluten Free Baking Co. is one such bakery! My family and I have been using, and loving, the Bickel's pizza crusts since they first came out; we keep our freezer stocked with them. What's more, the newer sweet goodies are swoon worthy. The gluten free chocolate chip cookie is the best that I've had and the chocolate mint brownie is amazing...I am partial to a good chocolate mint anything! We were ordering the special cookie bars for a bit but had to stop because we were eating too many! Ordering is easy and everyone I've dealt with has been friendly and helpful. I'm not gluten-intolerant, however my old roomie was & she turned me onto Mrs Bickels since they're local to Vegas. I first tried their pizza crusts and loved using them to make pesto pizzas with other yummy toppings. When they came out with their brownie cookie, that was a game changer. Mrs. Bickel's is not an unknown name, they provide gluten free buns to Serial Grillers not just locally, but throughout southern Arizona. Although Mrs. Bickel's is not a walk in bakery, they deliver right to your house, and even let us know that they would deliver to our house in Arizona. They are beyond customer friendly and truly create masterpieces in their kitchens. ”
